- Funded 95 Southbound lane expansion and increased safety at commuter lots
- Fought climate change with the Clean Economy Act
- Brought clean drinking water to our students and teachers by removing lead pipes in schools and day care centers
- Supported student mental health by increasing the number of mental health professionals in schools
- Passed the Marcus Alert Bill, which diverts 911 calls into Community Crisis Care
- Secured funding for the mental health call center at the new 988 hotline
- Protected LGBTQ+ people from discrimination in their daily lives by passing the Virginia Values Act
- Supported our police and firefighters by adding PTSD coverage under worker’s compensation, and passed line of duty death benefits for firefighter trainees
- Expanded Medicaid to help cover 700,000 Virginians, 31,000 in Prince William County and almost 10,000 in Stafford County
- Sponsored and passed legislation providing free in-state tuition for kids of veterans rated at 90-100% disabled
- Passed the first eviction protection for renters during the federal covid shutdown
- Voted to protect abortion rights and stood up to Glenn Youngkin and Republicans’ attempt to attack women’s reproductive rights
- Chief Patron of SJ231(first reference), a constitutional amendment that expands the tax exemption for property currently available to the surviving spouses of soldiers killed in action to include spouses of soldiers who died in the line of duty
